Ryan Homes built us a home and then says “we have a drainage problem “Rocks and mud -clutter our rear yard. The mud and the rocks get worse every rainfall.. Ryan Homes says it’s our problem..We have been in our new home 3 months.Woodlands of Morrow Ohio

We live in The Woodlands of Morrow as well. The drainage is a serious problem and was done incorrectly from the beginning.

This should not be happening with a tenured building company.

Now, we received notice that they want to come back and regut our cabinet because of a poor design that causes the refrigerant to do double the work (frost in fridge) because they placed the stove next to the fridge with no barrier in between. Again, these carelss practices should not be happening.
