We have met with the management team - and things could not be better now - we are hopeful - and feel maybe we were overwhelmed with questions that with patience, wouLd be addressed. The team is truly a professional one and treat you with much respect. Signed - jittery home buyers - we feel happy and excited to be working with them now.

so far follow-up on questions - passing the buck - so no answers on concerns - they advise you to please tell us if anything is bothering you or any questions..don't sit and stew..come to us..so you do..and no follow-up - or when you ask- the buck gets passed to the other person - they say they work as a team - however one hand never knows what the other hand is doing - do far our experience is not good - hopeful it gets better - just keep adding on to our budget which was firmly stated up front - again, hopeful it gets better - we are ready to back out.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $12000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
